Michael Vine

Michael is a qualified town planning consultant with expertise in development management. With over 2 decades of experience in local government planning and private sector consultation, Michael provides excellent insight into planning process, interpretation of controls and development approval strategy. 

Michael has held a number of government roles ranging from the Sydney metropolitan region to the UK and has worked for more than 10 years as a town planning consultant, including as a proprietor of a successful Sydney based architectural and planning firm.

Michael is a member of the Planning Institute of Australia and graduated from NSW University with honours. He is well-versed in delivery of approval strategies through to construction and project delivery.

Benjamin Black

Benjamin has more than 23 years of town planning experience. He has held various roles in Local Government and has a full appreciation of the processes and complexities that influence development assessment. Following his time in government, he moved to work for Australia’s largest residential property developer to further his skills and experience, and to apply the knowledge gained during his previous government roles.

For the last 13 years, Benjamin has worked as a consulting town planner, including as a Director for Planning Ingenuity where for over 11 years he assisted with the growth of this Sydney based firm from a small to large sized planning consultancy. As a planning consultant, he has provided high level expert advice and assistance on all possible development types, from project inception through to approval, including extensive experience in the NSW Land and Environment Court as an expert witness.

Benjamin poses an extensive and ever-growing skill base and is well regarded in the industry. He is a Registered Planner with the Planning Institute of Australia and is a valuable asset to any planning and development project.
