Subdivision

Our firm frequently provides town planning services for architects, child care centre operators and educational facilities from project inception and stakeholder engagement through to DA preparation (SEE, Plan of Management and DA lodgement) and the determination phase. We have thorough knowledge of State Environmental Planning Policy (Educational Establishments and Child Care Facilities) 2017 and its power to set aside local controls.

Our Directors have decades of experience in providing expert town planning evidence in the NSW Land and Environment Court. Expert evidence has been provided for all forms of residential and mixed use developments, affordable housing projects and child care centres, including the provision of formal planning advice for valuation matters. Our Directors have provided expert evidence for private sector clients as well as for local Councils.
